I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and I work jointly with clients to overcome barriers, like anxiety and depression, and build a healthier life. My treatment approach sometimes also draws from mindfulness-based therapies to create a personalized program to meet the needs of each individual. Treatment is supportive, collaborative and focuses on developing strategies to help you manage difficult challenges or overwhelming emotions so that you have greater freedom to pursue your values and goals.
